ABOUT
CHI OMEGA
Our History
Chi Omega was founded in 1895 at the University of Arkansas, the Psi chapter. Chi Omega was started by our five founders; Dr. Charles Richardson, Jean Vincenheller, Jobelle Holcombe, Christina May Boles, and Alice Cary Simonds. Since then, it has grown to be the largest women's fraternal organization with over 360,000 initiates, 181 collegiate chapters, and 246 alumnae chapters. The Zeta Mu chapter here at the University of Denver was founded in 2014 and has already created strong roots and connections in our Denver community.
